"Fast and efficient service after needing repairs to my vehicle due to accident. Within 1 day I already had the estimate sent over and State Farm had cut a check to my chosen auto body shop. I was allowed to go wherever I wanted, which was very convenient. I was also kept Mondays every step Of the way! A very professional and expedient experience"

"I walked into the State Farm office and was greeted immediately by the office staff. Jenny was very welcoming, with a smile, and sat down with me as I explained to her what I was looking for. She scheduled an appointment for the next day. My experience working with Drew in the Ashland, WI office was exceptional. He reviewed my current policy and together we went through what State Farm could me. Drew answered all of my questions professionally and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance process. Insurance is difficult for me to understand and he patiently explained everything to me and offered his help if I have further questions in the future. I felt much at ease as I left our meeting knowing that I made the right decision. I definitely recommend State Farm Insurance to anyone who is looking for insurance."

"Terrible customer service keep being told they're calling back never do been dealing with a homeowners claim no progress at all, switching agents two months now gave up purchased $4500 furnace"
